Medal of Good Conduct
The Medal of Good Conduct is a Salthan military medal awarded for years of service without disciplinary actions against the receiver. It is marked as a copper (5 years), silver (10 years) or gold (15 years) pin worn above the years service insignia. A less pin of copper and silver is always traded in for the next higher one, if still serving consecutive years without disciplinary actions. If there is an ever an end of the Conservative years of no disciplinary action, the person has to start over with a new copper medal after five years of consecutive service without disciplinary actions. The count also resets after 15 years, as there is no 20 year pin, and any awards that are earned after that are consecutive are warn touching the edge of the last pin. It is illegal to misrepresent one's record by misplacing a pin to touch one to falsely represent consecutive non-disciplinary service that is not true.
