Societies Charter (1st Edition)

The Uagi

If you are a male of the age of 10  a uagi who has undergone the ritual of assention, then you are elegable, and required to join a society.

You have grown, and are no longer a child. You have now new responsiblities and opertunities that comes with your age.   All must grow, and move from the freedoms of youth to the new freedoms and responsibility with the older age. Be proud of your reaching this far, and overcoming the trials of the Uagi. You must now care for your own purity, no other will do it for you.

The Three-fold Training

The Uagi of a society is trained by the society master, and learns to further train himself in mind, body and soul.

Training his mind to reason,  explore,  and understand the world as best as can be understood

Training his body to be quick and strong and, to run swiftly.

Training his Soul to learn to no longer rely on being purified by ones parents, but to purify oneself

He does this so he will have self-reliance, to defend himself, his family and his country, to be pure and purify himself, and to know and know hwo to learn about the world around him

The Six Virtues

The uagi of a society will have the seven virtues

Honest, a Uagi tells the truth, and does not decieve others. He will admit when he has done wrong and accept the consequences

Loyal, A Uagi will not abandon a fellow society member in need, and will aid him to the best of his abillity.

Courteous, A uagi will show respect for his master, and his elders as due their rank and age.

Obedient, A Uagi is not yet and adult, and will obey his parents, and even as an adult show due respect to them who gave them birth and cared for them in childhood. Likewise, a Uagi will obey the commands of his society master, unless the command given is immoral, or defies one of the other virtues.

Pure, A Uagi will keep himself clean, purifying regularly his body and his soul.

Brave, a Uagi will not turn away from danger when others are in need of your aid, even in the face of grave danger.

Rules

A Uagi must keep his weapon in good condition, to ensure there will be no injuries

A Uagi may, whenever he sees a Uagi of another society, may attack the Uagi, either through the way of stealth,  or through a challange.

A Uagi who is struck must report the strike to the strike to the society master of either his or the master of who defeated him. Dishonesty is a worse mark than being defeated, and is a serious offense.
